Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization – Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Securely – Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship Back to our returns centre:

  5. Confirmation – We’ll email you when we process your return and initiate your refund or exchange

Refund Details

Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

Need a different size or model? Follow the standard return process and:

  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange
  • Specify your replacement item
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Garden Animal Repellents (opened or used containers)
  • Garden Kneelers and Kneeling Pads (unless packaging remains sealed)
  • Any items not in their original condition or showing signs of use
