Our Returns Process
Just like cultivating a perfect garden, we’ve made our returns process simple and effective:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization – Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Securely – Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Refund Information
Your refund will be processed with the same care we put into selecting our garden tools:
- Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or model of our gardening equipment:
- Follow the same return process above

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Garden Animal Repellents (opened or used containers)
- Garden Kneelers and Kneeling Pads (unless packaging remains sealed)
- Any items not in their original condition or showing signs of use
